Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Taipei, Explore Sun Moon Lake
Start your Taiwan tour with a pickup in Taipei. Head to the beautiful Sun Moon Lake, nestled 2,500 feet high, and enjoy its warm springs and stunning views. Explore Wenwu Temple, dedicated to the Masters of Pen and Sword, and visit The En Pagoda and Holy Monks Shrine. Check-in at the hotel for a restful overnight stay after a day of exploration.
Day 2: Kaohsiung Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out and visit the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist monastery to learn about Buddhism. Have lunch at your own expense and continue to the Main Shrine and The Great Buddha Land to admire the massive Lord Buddha statue.
Explore Kaohsiung, Taiwan's second-largest city, visiting the British Consulate, Love River, and Lio Ho Night Market. Whether shopping or strolling, the market offers diverse experiences. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kaohsiung City for a well-deserved rest after a day of sightseeing.
Day 3: Taitung Sightseeing
After breakfast and hotel check-out, explore Kenting National Park, marvelling at its three sides and the stunning 37-mile coral shoreline. Visit Eluanbi Lighthouse, enjoy the scenic beauty of Maobitou Scenic Coastal Area, and have fun at Kenting Forest Recreation Area. Travel to Taitung via the Southern Link Highway and spend the night in a local hotel. Embrace the thrill of Taiwan's wonders on this memorable day of exploration.
Day 4: East Coastal National Scenic Tour
After breakfast, embark on the East Coastal National Scenic tour, revelling in the breathtaking beauty of the "last unspoiled land," spanning an expansive 100 miles. Delight in the attractions of Siaoyeliou, Sanxiantai, and the caves of the 8 Immortals. Check-in at a hotel in Hualien and savour some leisure time.
Day 5: Hualien Sightseeing - Departure from Taipei
After breakfast, embark on a day of adventure at Taroko National Park. Explore the slender Taroko Gorge, carved by the Liwu River through lofty marble mountains. Traverse the winding road, admire the lush forest cover, and visit attractions like Eternal Spring Shrine, Swallow Grotto, and the Tunnel of Nine Turns. Climb the Marble Bridge, explore a marble factory, and return to Taipei City for your departure to your hometown.
